About Us Danny Boy Trading Co. Ltd is a combined CD, DVD and Books retail website which is run by Danny Boy Trading Company Ltd. Our three trading names, Cole's Books, The Great Music Co. and The Moving Image Co. are all based at our shop in Bicester, Oxfordshire. We have over 20 years experience in supplying music CDs and videos in the UK. Our website has been developed to make the purchase of our products both simple and enjoyable. All of our CD and DVD products are supplied with FREE postage & packing in the UK. Books, being much heavier, each have their own postage rate.

Making a Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Store, and click on any items that you wish to buy, they will then appear in your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout Now" in the shopping basket and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Payments are made securely via our payment service provider, "Actinic / Credit Call".
We accept online payments in Pounds Sterling. Products are priced in Pounds Sterling.

Shipping & Handling We'll despatch your order as quickly as we can. If a product is out of stock we will contact you to discuss the likely delivery time or an alternative product.
Purchases for delivery in the UK or mainland Europe are despatched by Royal Mail and will normally be delivered to you within 28 days of placing your order. For other destinations, times may vary.
All goods are carefully packed and shipped as soon as they are available.
UK Delivery - CDs and DVDs
FREE! - We don't charge a penny for postage and packing of our CDs and DVDs for customers in the UK.
UK Delivery - Books
Books are great, but they are heavy! Signed Copy and Cherished Books are shipped in specially made book mailing cartons, with the books themselves wrapped in paper and bubble wrap to protect them. These are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post and are charged at £4.50 per book.
Our Local Interest books are shipped at a standard rate of £3.00 each, again by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. They are packed into a suitablly sized 'Jiffy Bag' or similar.
Overseas Delivery
Shipments to other EU countries:
CDs and DVDs @ £2.00 each
All Books @ £10.00 each
Shipments to the Rest of the World:
CDs and DVDs @ £3.00 each
All Books @ £15.00 each
We use the same packaging materials for our overseas deliveries as we do those in the UK. |
